Summary : Many Francis Marion University students participate in spring festival which is holded by University Programming Board(UPB). Some students don't know what it is but others who enjoy festival can play with other university students and be able to socialize with them.
Persuasive : Most of Korea university have festival in spring semester and I choose this article because I wonder what foreign University do in spring semester. It's very interesting that they enjoy festival with other University students.
